90 minutes of high energy fun will have you running, sprinting, climbing and jumping your way to the end! With a mix of high intensity work and endurance focused training, you'll wonder how you ever did without this extended format. If you are new to class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can assist you in fitting your bike.

Our monthly schedule of Sunday afternoon Yin/Yoga events will celebrate the beauty and unlimited possibilities awaiting us with the changing of seasons. Each season invites us to find a balance of peace, calm and inner awareness while connecting with the rhythm of nature. We will focus on taking a collective pause and discovering deep inner stillness and connectivity.
This slow, gentle form of yoga uses relaxing postures with props to encourage elongation within the connective tissues, alleviate tension, and cultivate wellness. The Nidra Meditation will guide us into deep relaxation at the close of the class.
These Yin/Nidra classes are appropriate for all levels and are a perfect complement to your other fitness routines.
